In the past two months, I’ve gone to two different mechanics/Tire shops to try and get an alignment on my car. They both declined to do the Alignment and wanted to charge me over $1500 for some other work that they say needed to be done. I brought my car here and the customer service was excellent and they told me what I had to do was a third of the price of the other places. Now , my 2010 Toyota Corolla Is driving like a 2025 Lamborghini, thanks

Michelle was the absolute best to deal with. She promptly provided me with quotes for several tire options, ordered the tires I wanted and had me scheduled and in and out of the shop the very next morning. The work done was great, and I will be returning!

I will never buy tires from anywhere else! Michelle is very knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable leaving my car here for service. This is not a shop that will try to sell you things you don't need, they are very honest and trustworthy.

Very Bad service. Scheduled appointment a week ahead of time and they still didn't have any of the necessary products, tires and brakes. I also paid and scheduled for both back and front brakes and when i called to check on the work they only were gonna do one set, after talking to them and letting them know it was the both i was told my brakes would be done. I show up to pick up my car and nothing was done for 6+ HOURS!!!! as they claimed they didn't do it because of "attitude" (yall are a company not little kids XD). Could have declined service like a normal person or company with common sense instead of holding my car for 6 hours and doing nothing (very sad customer service skills). On top of the 6 hours and lying, how are you not prepared for a scheduled instillation in which everything was paid for? idk guys we gotta fix something. I could get maybe not being prepared but 6 hours and you did nothing because you didn't wanna do the work you were paid for and i scheduled for, no phone call and your lying to a customer??? wow!

They did it AGAIN!!! I randomly went in for a tire rotation. While there, I asked if they could change the oil as well. Without hesitation, they said "yes" While assessing my fancy car ;) (Volvo) they quickly realized they did not have the proper tool to remove the oil filter. What did they do? They immediately got on the phone, found the tool and had it delivered. I don't impress easily but I was extremely impressed that they didn't just give up and say they couldn't change the oil. You MIGHT be saying "yeah but they probably already drained the oil." NOPE, they did not! They could have sent me on my way BUT AGAIN, they went the extra mile and solved my over due oil change issue. :) Jason and Michelle at the front desk kept me informed the whole time as to what was going on with my vehicle. I was kind of stressed because I knew my oil change was WAY over due. Their communication skills are on point. THANKS! Not only are they excellent at getting the job done, they're prices are unmatched. I HIGHLY recommend them. They're old school and are EAGER to help! Old school service goes a long long way.
